Dutch-Registered Company Builds Mall in Bulgaria's Blagoevgrad

The Redstone Company registered in the Netherlands is going to build a mall for EUR 36 M in the southwest Bulgarian city of Blagoevgrad by 2011.

The all-out built-up area of the new mall will be 47 982 square meters, 20 000 of these will be commercial areas. The investment project also envisages a parking lot for 600 cars.

Redstone is 100% of the Barclays Real Estate Holdings - the Netherlands. This is first project of the company in Bulgaria but it has similar ones in Russia and the Ukraine.

Shalom Spielmann from Israel is in the governing board of the Dutch company. He is the found of the Doverie Insurance Company, TBI Credit and TBI Asset Management, which function in Bulgaria.

Radoslav Gergov is the manager of Redstone. He is part of the management of the Bulstrad Insurance Jsc and of TBI Eurobond.
